I use PayPal invoices. I’ll send one to your email, and you can pay through PayPal or by card — whatever works for you.
Assets & fixed-scope commissions
Avatars, models, one-off deliverables: payments are usually split in two — 50% before I start and 50% before delivery. For larger projects, I can split it into 3 or 4 parts if needed.
Hiring me as a game developer
Long-term or ongoing project work is billed by time at an agreed hourly rate — invoices on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly, whatever we agree). That arrangement is separate from the milestone-style splits above, which apply to asset and commission work, not to hourly development work.
Completed handoff & delayed payment
If a project is completed and payment remains outstanding for an extended period after formal notification (including several weeks or months), the final files may still be delivered once payment is settled; however, the project will be considered closed and no further support, revisions, or scheduling accommodations are included. Additional post-delivery support can be arranged as a separate paid service.
Please, let’s respect each other’s time.
